Shipping & Delivery

Expedited Shipping

We offer Expedited Shipping for starting at $30. All purchased items will be shipped promptly, usually within 1 business day once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. All Expedited Shipping items are sent via UPS Express and are full insured. Delivery time is 1-2 days from the time the items are shipped. When your item(s) ship, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.

Signature Required

On high-value items and all Expedited Shipping items, we request an adult signature upon delivery for security. If no one is available to sign for the package, UPS will leave a notification of their attempted delivery. They will then re-attempt delivery. Signature Required can be waived at your request, but please note that McCall Jewelry Company cannot ensure delivery if you choose to waive the Signature Requirement and will not replace the item if it is lost or stolen.

Damaged Items

If an item is received damaged, please notify us immediately by email at sales@mccalljewelrycompany.com or call us at (208) 634-4367. Keep all packaging including the original shipping box.
