Do you have a physical store?
Yes! Unlike many online-only retailers, we have a brick and mortar store located in the beautiful mountain resort town of McCall, Idaho on the shore of Payette Lake at 207 E. Lake St. This allows us to stay in touch with many of our clients who often become our friends. We encourage you to stop by and say hello.

Where is your jewelry made?
We build all our custom styles in-house here in Idaho and offer all the Idaho gemstones as well, including Idaho Garnets, Star Garnets, Opals, and Jaspers. We also carry more than two dozen American designers who design and fabricate everything in the states. In addition, we carry a number of international designers from some of the top jewelry design areas of the world including Italy, Germany, Turkey, Japan, and Thailand. We handpick every piece we sell and only work with designers we know and trust. We carry what we love, we hope you love it too!
Do you offer custom made jewelry?
Yes! We are a full-service store that offers custom made pieces. If you can dream it, we can make it. While most custom-made pieces are best handled in person by coming into our store, it is sometimes possible to create a piece remotely. Please contact us for details!
Do you offer jewelry repairs?
Yes! As a full-service store we can repair most pieces of jewelry. Currently, we only offer repair on items either purchased from us or brought into our store. Please contact us for details.
Can I request more information regarding a specific piece (carat weight, metal type, stone clarity, gemstone information, measurements, etc.)?
Absolutely! If the information about an item is not included in the description on our website, you can contact us anytime and we will try to answer any questions as thoroughly as possible and we will do our best to respond to your inquiry within the same day.
Do you offer gift wrapping and gift cards?
Yes! You will be given the option to add Free Gift Wrapping with a custom gift message at checkout. We also offer gift cards that can be gift wrapped and mailed. Please note, gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
Do you offer ring sizing?
The standard size for rings on our site is usually around a size 7, but we do have other sizes available on select pieces which will then appear in a drop-down selector. If you do not find the size you need and would like the ring sized to fit, please contact us anytime for resizing options.
What if I don't know my ring size?
If you are unsure of the ring size you need, we recommend you come into our store for proper sizing. If not, you can consult your local jeweler for resizing options. You can also have a Ring Guard placed inside of the ring to reduce the size and secure it in place. Please contact us for Ring Guard options.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes, we do offer engraving options on most pieces. Please contact us with any engraving requests.
Will I pay sales tax on my order?
Our store operates in the state of Idaho, so any customers shipping within the state will pay local sales tax rates for the address to which the order is being shipped. We are not obligated to collect sales tax on items shipped outside the state of Idaho. However, sales tax laws may change at any time.
I did not receive my order and/or shipping confirmation email. Can you resend it to me?
An order confirmation email is system generated and automatically sent out once your order is approved. And a shipping confirmation email is system generated and automatically sent out once your order is shipped. If you did not receive either email, please contact us and we will forward a copy to your confirmed email address.
I was unsuccessful placing an order on your site. Why has my credit card been charged?
If your order was not successful, your credit card will not be charged. Any transactions reflected on your account are authorizations only and will automatically disappear within a few days depending on your bank’s procedures.
Why was my order declined?
Orders can be declined for multiple reasons. Orders will not be authorized by the system if the card is expired or the charge is above the credit limit. Failure to authenticate billing information will also result in a declined order. Please confirm all details have been entered completely and correctly and correspond to the card being used.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship outside the United States, nor do we accept payment from foreign credit cards.
Once I register on your site will I be able to view my order history?
Once you are registered on our site you will be able to view current orders as well as previous ones.
