Shipping & Delivery

Standard Shipping

We offer Free Shipping on all items over $49. All other items ship for a $5 Flat Rate. All purchased items will be shipped promptly, usually within 3-5 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. All Standard Shipping items are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) First Class or Priority and all items are full insured. Delivery time is typically 3-5 days from the date the items are shipped. When items are shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.

Expedited Shipping

We offer Expedited Shipping for a $25 Flat Rate. All purchased items will be shipped promptly, usually within 1 business day once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained. All Expedited Shipping items are sent via United States Postal Service (USPS) Express and are full insured. Delivery time is 1-2 days from the time the items are shipped. When your item(s) ship, you will receive an email notification with the tracking information.

Signature Required

On high-value items and all Expedited Shipping items, we request a signature upon delivery for security. If no one is available to sign for the package, your postal worker will leave a notification of their attempted delivery. They will then either re-attempt delivery or request you go to your local Post Office to pick up the package. Signature Required can be waived at your request, but please note that McCall Jewelry Company cannot ensure delivery if you choose to waive the Signature Requirement and will not replace the item if it is lost or stolen.
